Lullaloo helps grown-ups turn a child's name and story into a song. Handling that with care matters to us, so here's a plain account of what we collect, why, and the say you have over it.
Who Lullaloo is for
Lullaloo is made for adults: the parents, grandparents, and other grown-ups who love a child. Accounts are opened and managed by adults, and the service isn't directed at children.
What we collect
We keep this to what a song actually needs.
- **Your account**, your name and email, so you can sign in and find your songs.
- **Song details**, whatever you enter in the song builder, like a first name, an age, a favorite animal, or a note from you.
- **Payment details**, handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
The details you choose to share
You're always in charge of what goes into a song. A first name and a couple of favorites are usually all it takes, so share only what feels comfortable and leave out anything sensitive. The information you enter stays yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
How we use it
We use what you give us to write and deliver your songs, keep your account running, process payments, and answer you when you need a hand. That's the whole list. We don't sell your information, and we don't pass it to advertisers.
Keeping your songs private
Your songs live in your account and are visible only to you, unless you decide to share a link. We rely on trusted providers to store everything securely on our behalf.
Your choices
Delete any song from your dashboard whenever you like. Ready to leave altogether? Contact us and we'll close your account and remove your data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll refresh the date above and, when it matters, tell you directly.
Questions
We're glad to explain anything here. Email hello@lullaloo.com and a real person will write back.
