Refund Policy

We want every song to be one you're glad you made. Because each is a digital keepsake created just for you, refunds work a little differently than they would for something off a shelf.

Songs are made to order

Every song is generated specifically for your child, in the moment you ask for it. Once that's happened, the work is done, so finished songs generally can't be refunded.

Credits you haven't used

Bought a pack and haven't spent a credit yet? Get in touch within 14 days and we'll refund the unused purchase, no fuss.

When something goes wrong

If a song fails to generate, its credit lands back in your account automatically. And if you hit a snag you can't get past, tell us, we'll put it right, whether that's a fix, a fresh version, or a credit back.

Not quite what you pictured?

Songs come out a little different every time. Family and Celebration packs include a free regenerate on each song, so you can try for a new take. If one didn't land the way you hoped, regenerate it or reach out and we'll help.
