My song didn't generate
If a song fails, your credit is automatically returned. Try again, and if it keeps happening, contact us.
I can't log in
Use the same email you signed up with. You can reset your password from the login screen.
A credit didn't appear
Purchases usually credit instantly. If a payment went through but credits didn't arrive, send us your receipt and we'll sort it out.
I want a refund
See our refund policy for what's eligible. Because songs are generated on demand, refunds are limited once generation starts.
How do I share a song?
Open the song in your dashboard and tap 'Share link' to copy a private link you can send to family.
I want to delete my data
You can delete songs from your dashboard. To remove your whole account, contact us and we'll take care of it.
