Welcome to Lullaloo. These terms are the simple agreement between you and us. Opening an account means you're happy with them.

Who can use Lullaloo

You need to be 18 or older to open an account. Lullaloo is a tool for grown-ups making songs for children, it isn't built for kids to use on their own.

Your account

Your login is yours to look after. Keep it private, and know that anything done through your account is your responsibility.

Credits and songs

Songs run on credits: one credit, one finished song. Every new account starts with a free credit, and credits never expire. Each song is made fresh, on demand, the moment you create it.

What you put into a song

When you add details, including anything about a child, you're confirming they're yours to use and fitting to share. You're responsible for the information you enter.

What you can do with your songs

Your songs are yours to enjoy: play them at home, give them as gifts, share them privately with the people you love. What they aren't for is reselling or passing off as commercial work of your own.

Playing fair

Please don't use Lullaloo to make anything hateful, harmful, or infringing, or to impersonate someone else. We may pause or close accounts that misuse the service, so this stays a kind place.

The service, as it is

We put real care into keeping Lullaloo running smoothly, and we offer it "as is", we can't promise it will never have an off day.

Updates to these terms

We may refine these terms over time. Continuing to use Lullaloo means the current version applies.
